One simple process for you
You deal with one person from the first call to final delivery. We agree on the date and the setup location in your office, and I send a preparation guide to HR or your coordinator. You manage the schedule internally, so you can reach your staff directly and fit it around their workday.

Every team session is quoted individually, based on your team size, location, and the number of portraits. Your quote covers the studio setup, shooting, and professional retouching of the images you select, with no hidden extras.
Team sessions at your office start at 10 people. For smaller teams, I offer sessions in a private studio.

FAQ
How many people can you photograph in a day?
Around 12 or more people per hour. A team of 20 usually takes under two hours, 50 people takes a morning or afternoon, and 100 people takes a full day. For larger teams, we can schedule over more than one day.
Do you offer team sessions in a studio?
Yes. Smaller teams are welcome in my private studio in Dubai. Mention it in your enquiry and I’ll quote accordingly.
What if someone is absent on the shoot day?
If I’m still on site, your coordinator can add them on the day. Otherwise, they can join a later group session of 5 or more, or book an individual session.
Can you add new hires later?
Yes, in groups of 5 or more, matching the original lighting and style. Many companies collect new hires and book a refresh session once or twice a year. Ask me for a quote.
Who chooses the final photos?
Your team or HR does. I send a private gallery, and I retouch only the images you select.
How long until we receive the photos?
Within 5 working days of receiving your selection, for up to 50 images. Larger teams are quoted.
What should my team wear?
I send a preparation guide to your coordinator before the shoot, including what to wear. Solid colours and well-fitted jackets or shirts work best, and I’ll guide each person on the day.
What can we use the photos for?
Website, social media, press, and print, for personal and company use, with no time limit.
What if my leaders want more time?
We can add extra time for leaders, or they can book an individual session in addition to the group session. See Individual Executive Headshots.
